During the conference, we heard 9 lectures, which comprehensively presented the current picture of digital addiction in Slovenia. The conference focused on adolescents and children, for whom the excessive presence of screens in life has an even greater impact on their further development in the motor, emotional, academic and social fields.

Current topics were also presented, such as the first national guidelines for the use of screens in children and adolescents, the rise of cryptocurrencies and the risk of trading them, and the importance and pitfalls of virtual communities. During the conference, we also looked at the use of screens more broadly and thought about what their growing integration means for us as a society in the future.
